BOOKINGS

We always recommend that you book your treatments well in advance as appointments do fill up quickly, especially on Saturdays.

YOUR APPOINTMENT & ARRIVAL TIMES

We recommend that you arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete our client form.

To ensure that you and all of our clients receive that best possible service, please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.  Late arrival will mean that your treatment time will be cut short and payment in full will be required.

WHAT TO BRING

Everything is provided for you however if you are having a spa with someone else, then you may bring your own swimwear if you prefer.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cash, EFT or credit / debit Visa or Mastercard.  A deposit of $50 is required at the time of your booking for weekend, double and group bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Deposits and Gift Certificates will be forfeited if less than 24 hours notice is given.
